My brother and his wife are looking for an apartment or small house to rent. Currently, they are living in a large apartment complex and really dislike it. Somewhere in the Milton, Georgia, Fairfax, Fletcher, Fairfield area would be good as he works in St A. 2 bedroom, unfurnished. Thanks for any help.

Did your brother find a place yet? I noticed on Main st. in Fairfax a few apts. for rent- 1 is @ the old Broe house, house next to where the Bellows lived,  & another is up near the fire station & I think its owned by Steve Mcdonald.

If they are 50 and over, the senior housibg is wonderful. All rentals now since laws prevented sale. Very nice accomodations. and condos.

I am not real sure but I think it has to do with ownership of the building. I think they are 100% full at this time. Worth checking into. We got one for my Mom and she loves it. For us it was the greatest situatuion possible.

When a building goes more than 50% to rentals the mortgage companies won't give a mortgage on them. There is no law change just bank rules.
