BUSTER & BEULAH ELLEN PAFUNDI

 MILTON - Beulah Ellen Pafundi, 83, of Milton passed away Monday evening, Feb. 7, 2011 in Fletcher Allen Health Care of Burlington as a result of a stroke suffered last week. Beulah was born on Dec. 12, 1927 at home in Williston, the daughter of the late Walter and Winifred Picard Sheriff. She was married to Anthony "Buster" Pafundi on Nov. 3, 1945 in the United Church of Fairfax. They were married for over 56 years when Mr. Pafundi died on May 6, 2002. Beulah enjoyed volunteering at the United Church of Milton Thrift Shop for the past eight years. Mrs. Pafundi is survived by her children, Mary Mayo and her husband, Robert, of Venice, Fla., Betty St. Gelais and her husband, Paul, of Milton, Anthony "Tony" Pafundi and his fianceé, Susan Dumont, of Milton, and Kathy Gordon and her husband, Norman, of Venice, Fla.; her grand- children, Michael and Dan Mayo, Angela Wells, Eric Lafromboise and Jason Gordon; six great-grandchildren; her sisters, Barbara Bister and Carol Hartzell and her husband, Harry; her brothers-in-law, Harry Kinsley and Frank Pelkey; and by many nieces, and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Orville Sherriff; and sister, Corinne Kinsley. A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 9, 2011 at 2 p.m. in the Milton Village Cemetery.
