Hi All,
Back in 1931, there was a Bridal Shower held for Katherine Rooney who was about to become Katherine Hoben. At this shower, women in the community provided an embroidered piece for the quilt. Some had their names and others only their initials. Many of the initials Maryann has no idea who they belonged to and of course never thought to get that information before her mother passed on.
