My sister Theresa came down today with a letter, award and a pin, thanking her for volunteering 4,500 hours. She volunteers down at the Fanny Allen Gift Shop on Thursday & Friday afternoon & evenings. She was telling me when she was down that she does have a concern with the hike in gas prices, because along with the volunteering, there is wear & tear on her car, plus what it costs her for gas to get from Fairfax to the Fanny Allen. I have seen her head down there some winter days when I wouldn't even want to drive to Fairfax Village, much less drive over that wonderful Route 128.
Congratulations "T", your brother is proud of you.
