Mary Kay & Rich spent most of their day trying to dig their cars out of their driveway and also coming over and shovelling about a 5 foot bank in front of my rear entrance to my garage.  While they were trying to shovel a frozen bank near the road so Gerry Breault could get in with his plow, a good samaritan stopped (They only know that he lives down here on Wheezy's Way) and tried to break through for them, however, he got stuck.  Along came a plow guy, who Mary Kay said was a middle aged man in a white pickup with a plow and he the guy out.

Gerry arrived and started plowing the driveway and up the road comes an orange tractor with a front end loader on it.  He noticed that Gerry was having problems opening the end of her driveway and you will see in the two photos below where he is doing his good samaritan deed.  I was watching him from my house and Mary Kay had her truck parked beside the road with the 4-way flashers on.  My Phone rang and it was Mary Kay.  She said, "Dad, in case you are wondering, the guy opening up the end of my driveway is Jeff Clokey."

Thanks Jeff and also to the other two good samaritans who found the time on a very busy day to help someone out.  Mary Kay & Rich, Thanks also for hand shovelling my walkway.  It was truly appreciated.

I am SO thankful for the terrific Vermonters today who stopped while they were on there way to do a paying job!  My yard drifts with this wind and so the yard build up was incredible.  Gerry is a great friend and plow guy and I appreciate him so much!

Jeff has been out since 2:30am.  Gerry Brault gave him a ride home early this morning when he slid off a driveway...thank you, Gerry!  Jeff got the tractor stuck trying to help someone so Bob Ovitt came and helped get the tractor out with his loader...Thank you Bob!  Well one plow truck is down & there's no time to see what's wrong so the tractor has become a great asset in helping our neighbors and fellow plow men.  What an amazing community we have.  They are all working together out there to get this cleaned up!  Thanks for posting these pic's Henry!  Jeff will be pleased.  I'll show him when he get's home....I wonder when that'll be?!
