Dear Parents and Caregivers,
 
We are searching for volunteers to facilitate this year's Fire & Safety Day happening on Saturday, October 8th, 2011. As of this email release, there have been no volunteers available, and if none become available the event will be canceled as of 8pm Thursday, September 8th.
 
There is also a need for a facilitator (or facilitators) for Community Playgroup. Originally scheduled to start tomorrow, Friday Sept. 9th, Community Playgroup needs a facilitator! This playgroup will also be canceled as of 8pm Thursday, September 8th, if no volunteers become available. An email notification will only be sent out if this playgroup is going to begin tomorrow. It is otherwise on hold until further notice.
 
Please email either Patricia or myself is you can dedicate any of your time to these community programs.
