Loos like another day to stay inside - Took a ride around in my air conditioned car the other day and noticed some of our local farmers, Dave & Glen McNall and Claude Rainville working out in the hot hayfields.  Amazing how they can work out in that weather and not get heat stroke.  I know back on Fairfield Ridge we always made sure to drink plenty of water.  We had a great spring that ran a three quarter inch pipe of water 24/7.  The water was cold, but not ice cold like out of the refrigerator - just right to drink.  What a great source for water that was.  We had two springs and they never ran dry.  Also, strangely enough with all the hoopla about lead, our water lines were lead pipe and we were constantly having to replace them because they were springing leaks caused by the constant running water wearing the pipe in places paper thin.  None of us every developed any illnesses because of that lead pipe, but suspect that would not be allowed today.

Anyhow - Have a Happy Friday The 13th
