The Racoons And Skunks Are Out

One of my neighbors reported the following on Facebook:

"Came home to a mess outside and some visitors of the four legged kind. Thank god it was raccoons! Honked horn to get them moving, got out of car thinking all clear and don't I meet one of them on the ramp. Makes weird snorting noises. Yelled at it - nothing. Finally moved when I started up ramp, then jumped on railing and tried climbing up trailer siding. What a dumbass - it fell and went running. Too much!!"

Well, today is Tuesday and a lot of people put their garbage out on Tuesday night for pickups on Wednesday - I believe our little skunks here on the Fletcher Road put an X on their little calendars to make sure they check out people's garbage - Maybe, just maybe, the Racoons are doing the same thing.
