My Garden Angel Stopped By - What A Wonderful Person

Well, my Garden Angel just returned from California and sent me an e-mail to see if I could use some veggies - Naturally I didn't refuse.  She dropped off a nice vase of flowers, some new potatoes, shallots, squash, brocolli, spinach, cucumbers, beet greens, peas and blueberries.  I have the peas and beet greens cooking now.

Many thanks Jo - I will let my Senior Citizens Friends know next week that I do eat veggies at home, because there is all the difference in the world when they are fresh out of the garden.  I think I will cook my spinach for supper tomorrow and maybe another veggie to go with it.

YUMMY!!!  Reminds me of the garden you used to have Dad (Henry).  We enjoyed the fresh vegetables all summer long thanks to your hard work!
