Hi All,

Well, this is Vermont Maple Open House Weekend -- Didn't see any Fairfax Sugar Houses listed, but most of us know sugarmakers here in town and can give them a call and see if they are boiling this weekend or not.  Appears to be top notch sugar weather, mud & all.  If you want to go to one catering to tours, there are a few right close by in Fairfield -- Just click on Franklin County on the following link:
