SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 09/12/12 Grand Isle Sherriff’s Department requested the assistance of the Vermont State Police in locating an Autistic missing child, Emalie Lynn Newhall that was last seen in the vicinity of Jarvis Lane in Alburgh at approximately 1230. VSP, Grand Isle Sherriff’s Department, US Border Patrol, Alburgh Fire and Rescue have all responded to the search.
VSP is actively searching and is requesting assistance in locating Emily who was last seen wearing blue jeans, calf length black fake leather boots, grey tank top underneath a grey short sleeve shirt with flowers. A photo is attached. Emalie is 5’, 115 lbs, shoulder length light brown hair, blue eyes with a broken left ring finger in a splint.
