Folks were painting the front steps today and pressure washing the side stairway - One of the workers told me they would have it all painted tomorrow - If you check my property transfers, you will notice it has a new owner who is getting ready to rent apartments in the building.  Looks like new windows & doors, plus the vinyl siding and insulation board have been added.  I suspect quite a bit of work has been going on inside also:

Meanwhile back in the Old Days when it was a Drug Store/Hardware Store and the building to the right was a Harness Shop:
