A long article in last night's St. Albans Messenger leaves both sides unhappy, however it is hoped things will move on.

I wonder what Winooski, South Burlington, Burlington, Milton, Williston, Essex, Rutland, Middlebury, Brattoboro, Bennington... , the list could go on...  did when they experienced this same problem.  I wounder if anyone on the board has thought to contact any one of these larger municipalities and adopt thier water regulations concerning multi unit and commercial properties.  It is clear that our single user water policy is out of date and an ammendment needs to be issued concering multilple unit facilities.  If this has already been done, please accept my appologies, if not then it needs to be done.

This is my opinion, what is yours?
