The Fairfax Fire Department Auxiliary held a fundraiser at BFA-Fairfax Sunday afternoon- a Zumbathon. Zumba is a exercise workout that is set to Latino and salsa music. It's a lot of dancing and arm motion and is really a workout. About 30 people, including instructers, danced for a good hour and a half or more. They were joined by 6 FXFD firefighters. The plan was to have the firefighters join in for a dance. We joined in for the first dance, then the fourth one, and most of us ending up dancing to most of them.
It really is a workout. My arms got tired. I did stop and take some pictures and posted them on Facebook.

I took a one minute video of some of the dancing and posted it on Facebook. I am trying to figure out how to post the link here so you can see it.

I had a really good time. When they have it again, I encourage everyone to come down and have a really good time.
