Hi Henry,

As promised at last night's Community Discussion, attached are four files with considerable detail about the proposal for the new Town Office. Since there have been requests for more information, perhaps you could post this as a new item under Current
News and Events.

The files are as follows:
    1.  Cost summary of the proposal

http://www.vtgrandpa.com/fxtown/Construction.pdf

    2.  Impact Fee Estimate

http://www.vtgrandpa.com/fxtown/20.pdf

    3.  Construction Cost Estimate
(This includes design, engineering, permitting, site work, construction, parking lot for 40 cars, sidewalks, curbs, and even signs and a flagpole)

http://www.vtgrandpa.com/fxtown/New.pdf

   4.  Copy of foils from last night presentation (with a correction on the Tax Chart)

http://www.vtgrandpa.com/fxtown/Oct.pdf

On behalf of the Town Office Committee and Selectboard, We thank you!   Skip Taylor

P.S. Questions can be directed to me at fairfaxza@yahoo.com

Not sure if I noticed it in the foils or not, but do remember Skip mentioning in the presentation that the new town office would have one of the conference rooms available for people to use with a separate entrance from the outside with access to a bathroom.  The room I believe he said would be large enough to hold a crowd about the size of the one that attended the meeting.
