This bill sets the fees for professional licensing and state services.

This year’s bill was made controversial by a provision requiring storage of firearms (and fee for said storage) confiscated by law enforcement following domestic disturbances.

I think most of the firearms issue makes sense except having to pay for something someone took away. We don't charge someone for their time in prison. Why are we charging someone to store a weapon we imprisoned. If the crime necessitates taking the weapon why not sell it and give the funds to a victims group.
