Randall Allan Ferguson , 55, Summerton, SC Randall A. Ferguson (Randy) of Summerton, SC previously from Fairfax, Vermont died at his home on Monday, 1 February 2016 from stomach cancer surrounded by his family. A lifelong resident of Fairfax, Randy graduated from Bellows Free Academy in 1978. He served in the US Coast Guard from 1978-82. He worked 18 years at Triad Design Service in Williston, Vt.. Randy loved to travel and he loved sports, in particular baseball. He was a member of the BFA Championship Team of 1978, 19-0. He played baseball on up into his 50’s. Randy loved his toys, a snowmobile, ATV, boat, motorcycle, and his Mustang. He loved to take his nieces, nephews, and friends out riding on his machines summer and winter. Randy leaves behind his father, George Ferguson of Summerton, SC., his mother, Nancy Ferguson Ladd of Milton, Vt in summer, Hudson, Fl. in winter; his brothers and sisters; Rebecca Hunt and her husband Marvin of Lexington, SC., Tracy Ferguson of Fletcher, Vt., Trudy Gilbert and her husband Dan of Milton, Vt., George Jr. of Fairfax, Vt., Richard and his wife, Carol of Kingsland, Ga., and Reginald of Lexington, SC., his aunts and uncles, Grace Pigeon of Bellaire, Fl., Hugo Ferguson and his wife, Evelyn of Clearwater Beach, Fl., Carlton Ferguson of Fletcher, Vt., Ronald Sheltra of Florida; Donna Reynolds of Cambridge, Betsy Taylor of St. Albans, Sandra Coburn and husband, Roger, of Belvidere, Gail Mitchell and husband, Richard, of Beverly Hills, Fla., Kathy Terpstra and her husband, Bryon, of Reading, Pa., Dawn Rabideau and her husband, Garry, of Fairfax, his nieces Jody Woods of Hudson, FL., Christine Johnson of Hudson, FL., Elizabeth Sneep and her husband, Jason of Spokane, Wash., Kelsey Knode and her husband, Luke of Kingsland, Ga., Alicia Meunier of St. Albans, Vt., Ashley Flood and her husband Mark of Franklin, Vt., and Aubrey Thweatt of Mableton, Ga., his nephews Trevor Hunt of Lexington, SC., Daniel Ferguson of Lacey, Wash., Bryce Ferguson of King George, Va., Zachary Ferguson and his wife, Chelsea of Jacksonville, NC., Matthew Thweatt of Fletcher, Vt. and Jeremy Thweatt of Johnson, Vt., numerous grand nieces and nephews and one great niece. We cannot forget his most precious dog, Zeke, his beloved companion. At the request of the deceased, there will be no funeral, wake, or memorial service. His desires are to be cremated and his ashes maintained at his home for later dispersal.
