***UPDATE***
 
This is an on-going fatal crash investigation and the next of kin have not been notified.
Cleanup of the area is expected to take several hours.
 
There will be an update later this afternoon.

I 89 southbound is experiencing delays in the area of mile-marker 98/65 about a ¼ mile north of exit 17 Milton/Colchester exit, due to a crash.
 
This incident is expected to last until further notice.  Specific details are not yet available and updates will be provided as appropriate.
 
Motorists should expect delays in the area, or seek alternate routes.  Please call 511 for road conditions and drive carefully.
