Chris Santee's Web Site Reports from his conversation with CVPS:

"Powerline Fire Causes Power Outages !
CVPS reports a "sleeve" failed and 1,200
customers lost power in the downtown area
for about 15 minutes, while 200 were
without power for about 2 hours !"


A power line broke in Main Hill this evening and Steve Ratte sent me some photos - From Steve Ratte's photos and what my daughter told me, the flames were something else.  Steve's photos are below:
