Local Property Transfers For May Have Been Updated For May

Not a lot of activity for the month of May, but a couple of our older homes have sold.  It will take me a while to identify these homes by their new owners as this is where some old time Fairfax Residents lived.  The Ralph and Ruth Ellsworth house on the corner of Fletcher Road & Comette Road was sold to Ralph's grand daughter and her husband Nate Muehl.  Brother & Barb Popple's place up on the Sam Webb Road was sold to someone I don't know.  Other than those two homes, there were three Condos sold, two up on East Road across from Minors Store and one in Mill Hill.

Still a lot of 4-Sale signs up around, but I am sure the price of gas is not only hurting the pocketbooks in every day living, but where people will locate so they don't have to commute as far.
