American Red Cross Announces Important Summer Blood Drive


Anyone who is at least 17 years of age and in good health is asked to consider giving blood at a special American Red Cross blood drive in Fairfax. 

BFA-Fairfax will be the site of an important summer blood drive on Thursday, July 31st from noon to 5:00pm.  Presenting donors will receive a free min-subscription to Vermont Magazine and they can also enter an on-going free raffle to win Boston Red Sox tickets.

“Blood donors are needed right now to help secure a safe blood supply for the summer months.  I encourage everyone in the area to consider giving blood at this important blood drive,” said Dave Carmichael, Red Cross representative.  “Lives may be depending on you”.
