Well, not really booming, but we did have seven property transfers during the month of July.  All sold above the Fairfax Town Appraisal, so people are not dropping their prices to sell.  One of the houses on Gifted Road sold, and a couple of the for sale signs have been taken down here on the Fletcher Road, but haven't seen anyone moving in or out.
