Vermont State Police are searching for suspects who robbed a gun shop in St. Albans.  I was under the impression that Bob's Gun Shop was in Georgia, so don't know if there is another gun shop or not.  Richard Warren used to work there at one time.

Police say someone broke into "Bob's Gun Shop", stealing several hand guns.  Officers believe the robber entered the building through the roof sometime Tuesday morning between 5:30 and 6:30.

"There was an internal alarm that was called in directly to the owner by the alarm company. Which led to him responding with another employee," Detective Lt. Glen Hall said.

Anyone with information about the stolen firearms is asked to call the Vermont State Police at 802-524-5993.

I was wondering where all the state police were heading this morning on my way home from work.  They got off the interstate in Georgia so must have been a mistake saying it was St. Albans.  Criminals with guns scary stuff, specially with all the burglary's going on here in fairfax.  My friend at the state police said 9 in fairfax in the last couple months.

It is definitely Bob's Gun Shop in Georgia, not St. Albans as originally reported by Fox 44.  Both today's St. Albans Messenger and WCAX Channel 3 confirm that.  Write up on Channel 3 can be read by clicking on the following link:
