AUDREY B. BARRY

 HYDE PARK/ENOSBURG — Audrey B. Barry, 80, died on Saturday, Nov. 1, 2008, in Copley Hospital in Morrisville. She was born on Aug. 28, 1928, in Enosburg, the daughter of Rolland and Alice Mae Phillips Messier. She was a graduate of Richford High School. She married Rolla Barry on Sept. 26, 1981, in Fairfax. Audrey was employed as a nurse's aide at Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans and later by Lamoille Home Health in Morrisville. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and liked to sew. She is survived by her husband Rolla Barry; children, Nicki Johnson and partner Ken Kane of Enosburg, Wendy Lee Gesser and husband Bob of E. Richford; step-sons, Thomas F. Barry of Waterville, and Rolla W. Barry and his wife Barb of Waterville; nine grandchildren and numerous greatgrandchildren; brother Hubert “Steve“ Messier and wife Phyllis of Enosburg; sisters, Bernolene Roddy of Florida and Natalie Guilmette of Enosburg; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; a brother James Wesley Messier; and brother-in-laws, Terrance Roddy and Richard Guilmette. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2008, in the White-Fiess Funeral Home, 165 Brooklyn St., Morrisville. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in Belvidere Cemetery. Contributions in Audrey's memory may be made to Lamoille Home Health and Hospice, 54 Farr Avenue, Morrisville, VT 05661.
