A terrific spring day is on tap to start the weekend on Saturday.  There will be lots of sunshine and it will be unseasonably warm, with
temperatures climbing into the upper 50s and low 60s for highs.

I've heard from a few people down South that for some strange reason this year are very anxious to get home.  Most of them keep track of what is going on here in town by dropping in on my web site.  They especially appreciate the photos and a number have expressed how much they appreciate Mike Cain's photos taken around Town.

JoAnne Wilkins, our travelling photographer keeps them abreast of what is going on outside of town.

A number are headed home next Tuesday, so by next weekend we should be seeing a few of those suntanned faces which should easily separate the natives from the new comers to town.

Don Pigeon and crew have been filling pot holes and from the loads of crushed stone I have seen go by, maybe even a few mud holes.

This morning, after last night's rain, there is an ever so slight green tinge if you look carefully on my lawn.
