Obituary For The Young Man Who Died In The Accident

Dustin Churchill
(July 30, 1980 - April 24, 2009)

SHELDON – Dustin J. Churchill, age 28, passed away unexpectedly on April 24, 2009 in St. Albans as the result of an automobile accident.

Dustin was born July 30, 1980 in St. Albans the son of Roddy & Cindy (Deuso) Churchill.

Dustin was a lifelong resident of Sheldon and was a 1998 graduate of BFA-St.Albans. Dustin was the proud owner of Green Mountain Flooring, a venture he started this year where he was able to apply his artistic ability and was something that he thoroughly enjoyed.
Dustin was a big-hearted person with a one-of-a-kind laugh and smile that will never be forgotten. He loved family gatherings and was great at entertaining, teaching and playing with the younger kids especially his younger cousins.

Dustin was an exceptional athlete and enjoyed playing baseball, basketball, and soccer. He also enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting & four wheeling. Most of all he loved and looked forward to the time he spent with his son, Jaden.

He is survived by his son, Jaden Howard-Churchill of St. Albans; his parents, Roddy & Cindy Churchill of Sheldon; his sister, Katie Churchill and her fiancé Landon Bonk of Berkshire; paternal grandmother, Agnes Churchill of Sheldon; maternal grandfather, Howard Deuso of Enosburg Falls; aunts & uncles, Debbie Williams of Sheldon, Randy Churchill of Cambridge, Tony & Keri Churchill of Sheldon, Mark & Tina Churchill of Sheldon, Bill & Susan Deuso of Enosburg Falls, Dennis & Susie Deuso of Montgomery, and Jim & Sally Deuso of Swanton; many cousins; and his dog, Chyna. Dustin was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Richard “Dickie” Churchill; maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Deuso; uncle, Kenny Williams; and cousin, Ericka Deuso

Relatives and friends are invited to visit Dustin’s family on Tuesday April 28, 2009 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM at Roddy & Cindy’s home on 1211 Swamp Road in Sheldon. Formal funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
