getting rid of Conservation Law Foundation

If I may... Who are the CLF and what is their purpose? How were they elected and what is the process to help them to understand the people who they' are supposed to represent'? I have seen, and felt the presence of outsiders for a long time and don't think its fair that we - true Vermonters- are not represented properly in many of the endeavors the state seems to implement. I agree with some of their actions but feel a moderation is necessary.
