#50 Normand Beaudreault was at Granby, recovering from his injuries suffered in a wreck at Edelweiss in June.WRECK AT GRANBYPosted for Monday August 3rd.........................The pits at Granby are in the infield, and lots of times you are watching the cars on the track, whoever, or whatever division is out there. I noticed one of the Pro Stocks looked like Kevin Harvick's car, a yellow and red #29 car with a Pennzoil sponsor.
During their heat races, I suddenly noticed that car colliding with another car and climbing the inside wall. Pulled my camera out and started shooting.
This........................is not good.
Rescue crews were immediately on scene checking on the driver.
The driver climbed out of the car uninjured.
The car was badly damaged. Both left side tires were ripped off the car.
