Authorities are investigating an apparent case of mistaken identity that triggered a false arrest for a Vermont woman. They're still trying to figure out how a Berkshire woman with no criminal record was mistaken for a drug fugitive from Indiana. It appears several mistakes were made by authorities that led to a strip search and a night in prison for a totally innocent pregnant woman.

Sounds like an overly aggressive inexperienced officer to me.  How horrible for that poor person to go through such a humiliating process.
