Special Ed brought up the question in another post under Discussion.  I sent a note to Suzanne Lavallee, Selectboard Assistant and she sent me back the following answer:

"Got your answer - yes, we are always accepting used oil at the garage.  Bob even suggested you post something on your site about it if you would like."
