Channel 22 on the 7:30 news tonight announced that a 13 year old boy was walking on High Street and someone tried to pull him into the vehicle.  Doing this from memory so not much for details.  They did have a description and said when it happened, but I was not recording since the local news was on at 7:30 instead of 7:00 due to a special report on Haiti.  The Free Press Web Site has more information if you wish by clicking on the following link:
