December Home Sales Down Nearly 17%

Sales of previously occupied homes took the largest monthly drop in more than 40 years in December, plunging far deeper than expected after lawmakers gave buyers extended time to use a tax credit.

I got my tax assessment Friday...

My TOWNHOME land went up but my HOME went down.

I have to laugh because you all have our ex mayor as US Senator!!!!!
