Hi Henry,

Is Fairfax doing fireworks this year?  It's always been such a nice show, and we were so sad to be without them last year.  Just wondering if it's even a possibility, if the town is looking for donations, etc....

Thanks,
Linda

To the best of my knowledge, there will be none, but someone else may have more information than I have and am sure they will post something Linda.

I'm sure if you found a spot that overlooks the village, you will still get a show. They will be home firework shows. That usually happens. One year, the last year we had fireworks, they were the day after the 4th. The evening of the 4th, it sounded like London during the Blitz. Whistles and explosions everywhere from people having their own shows.

I came home late from work up in Palmer today.

I didn't have dinner ready when she came home.
Boy there were some fireworks here in Anchorage.
