Helen Marion (Warren) Meunier
February 08, 1916 - August 30, 2006

FAIRFAX - Helen Warren Meunier, a lifelong resident of Fairfax, died on Aug. 30, 2006, at Haven Health Care.

Helen was born on Feb. 8, 1916, the daughter of the late Wayne and Leona (Chates) Warren. Helen attended school in Fairfax. She worked in the housekeeping department at the Medical Center in Burlington.

Her survivors include her daughter, Pauline and her husband, Richard Coe of Sheldon; a son, Robert Meunier of St. Albans; a daughter-in-law, Ardis Meunier of Fairfax; a sister, Cynthia Learned of Jericho; sister-in-law, Mildred Warren of Fairfax; 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by an infant daughter, Beverly; a son, Edward Meunier; three brothers, Nelson, George and Wayne Warren; five sisters, Doris and Irene Warren, Alma Billado, Wilma Rooney, Myrle Lafountain; and two half sisters, Iris Laporte and May Lamelle.

There will be no public visiting hours or funeral services. Burial will be in the Sanderson Corners Cemetery in Fairfax at the convenience of the family.

Gifts in Helen’s memory may be made to Fairfax Rescue Squad Inc., P.O. 228 Fairfax, Vt. 05454, or to the American Heart Association, VT Affiliate, 20 Speen St., Framingham, Mass. 01701, or to a charity of their choice.
