Many seniors in our community rely on Meals on Wheels to help them remain independent in their own homes. In addition to your words of cheer and a hot, nutritious meal, this daily visit provides a much needed safety check on their wellbeing. If you can spare 1-2 hour once a week or even once a month, please reply to this posting.... Sharon Randall, Volunteer Coordinator.
