The project includes a 46,900-square-foot Hannaford grocery store as part of 74,840 square feet of new commercial space. Also shown are two retail spaces and a bank. A 12,000-square-foot funeral home (Minor's Funeral Home) is proposed adjacent to McDonald’s, across Haydenberry Drive.
