NANCY K. (CHANDLER) LAMARCHE

COLCHESTER/ BRADENTON, Fla. — Nancy K. LaMarche, 72, a longtime resident of Colchester, died peacefully with her loving husband by her side in Fletcher Allen Health Care on Wednesday, June 6, 2012.

Nancy was born on April 10, 1940, in Fairfax, the daughter of Harland W.

and Dorothy Mae (Howard) Chandler, and graduated from Winooski High School in 1958. On Nov. 27, 1958, Nancy was married in Winooski to Robert G. LaMarche. She was a founding member of the Eagles Club Ladies Auxiliary, a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary, the Moose Lodge Auxiliary, and the American Legion.

Nancy loved spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Robert G. LaMarche I; five children, Robert G.

LaMarche II and wife, Maryann, Rebecca Carleton and husband, Scott, Kelly Thompson and husband, Peter, Wendy Struble, and Debra Raboin and husband, James; grandchildren, Justin, Jana, Derrick, James, Dustin, Ashley, Benjamin, Kyle, William, and Daniel; great-grandchildren, Olivia, Jackson, and Daniel; sisters and brothers and their spouses, Harlene Paya, Les and Barbara Chandler, Lorraine and Hugh Sinclair, John and Ruth Chandler, and Cathy and Raymond Begins; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Visiting hours will be on Sunday, June 10, 2012, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the LaVigne Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 132 Main St. in Winooski.

Nancy was a proud breast cancer survivor. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society, 55 Day Lane, Williston, VT 05495.
