Corrected a goof-up in political issues/comments

Chris Santee just called me and wondered what happened to the political section.  I told him it was still there.  Apparently he had not logged in and couldn't see it.  Good thing he called me, because somehow the gust being able to see that section were not allowed.  I have now corrected it, so if you are a guest you can now see it.

Gee Henry I noticed that around November election time and thought it was done on purpose, which is why I didn't bring it up.  Thank you for all the good you do.
