Chris Santee is reporting 4 tax sales tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. at the Fairfax Selectboard Office.  I guess I must have missed this somewhere or I was not looking in the right places.  Seems like quite a group of tax sales all at once.  Click on the following link to view:

that just goes to show you ,work hard all your life .you still dont own your own land or property ,they can come right in a take it from you if you fall on hard times.i still say there should be somekind of protection for seniors that did the right thing worked ,saved ,....

Ed, for at least one of the properties, it was a conscious decision to let the property go to auction.  I too hate to see this happen but after many conversations with them, it appears this is the decision they are most settled with.
