Cat Found - Looking for Owner

I found this cat injured on Rood Mill Rd and took it to the vets, it is fine, a few issues with the feet.  I'd like to find the owner, no vet expenses need be repaid.  He weighs 13 lbs and is a beautiful black/white cat with white boots.
Where do I post this of can I on your website?  I have enclosed a picture.  Please let me know if I can as I'm disabled and can't go door to door without causing myself great pain.
