The Fairfax Planning Commission has completed a draft of the 2013 Town Plan. The last Town Plan was 2008, and they are revised every 5 Years. The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the draft Town Plan at 7 PM, Tuesday, August 13th in the BFA Library.
The draft can be viewed on the new Fairfax Website which can be accessed at

Click on Departments, then Click on Zoning, then click on Planning Commission then click on the Draft 2013 Fairfax Town Plan. The document is 112 pages and we would prefer not to have to print copies.
