Fletcher - Reginald Alton Tinker, 93 passed away on Monday September 9, 2013 at Redstone Villa in St. Albans. He was born on May 17, 1920 in Fairfax son of the late Cleon and Pearl (White) Tinker.

Reginald was proud to have graduated from Bellows Free Academy - Fairfax. He was a dairy farmer and maple sugar maker all his life. He was a founding director of the Franklin County Maple Co-op and also a director of the Vermont Sugar Makers Association. Reginald had also served as a member of the Fletcher Town Selectboard for many years. He absolutely enjoyed and looked forward to snowmobiling and riding his four wheeler.

He is survived by: his two sons Gary Tinker and wife Sharon of Fletcher; Craig Tinker of Fletcher; a brother Orison Tinker of Fletcher; his sister Evelyn Manley of Mass; four grandchildren: Jason and his wife Jennifer; Jeffrey ; Jeremy and wife Amiee; Alex Tinker and Jenna Parizo; five great grandchildren; Several nieces and nephews.

He was also predeceased by his wife Marion in August 2005.

Per Reginald’s wishes there will be no public services held. Memorial contributions in Reginald’s memory may be made to the Binghamville United Methodist Church, c/o Charles Tinker, 629 Fairfax Rd. Cambridge, VT 05444. A. W. Rich Funeral Home and the family invite you to share your memories and condolences by visitingwww.awrfh.com.
