Well, I needed to get my summer tires put on, unfortunately they were stored up overhead f my garage & I certainly wasn't able to get them down.  I don't put much mileage on my car, about a thousand miles a year.  I called Pete to make an appointment, but told him I would have to wait until I could get someone to get my tires down.  Not a problem, h said, I will be down & bring my son with me & we will bring your car up, change your tires& bring it back.  When they came back, they put the winter tires up over head of the garage, all at no extra charge over the usual cost..  Thanks so much Pete & Ryan, I do appreciate your kindness so much.
