North & South Bound Ramps Closed On I89 (Montpelier) Exit 8

All area media outlets, please be advised Vermont State Police in conjunction with the Agency of Transportation are CLOSING I 89 Exit 8 (Montpelier) north and south bound ramps due to the traffic congestion.  Commuters will NOT be able to access Montpelier via the interstate and are advised to find alternate routes of travel until further notice.    Updates regarding travel will be provided as soon as they become available.
