There will be a public hearing at the statehouse on Thursday this week, March 13 from 6pm until 8pm. Sponsored by the House Ways and Means Committee the purpose of the hearing is for the Committee to get public input on two issues: the plan to replace Homestead property tax with education adjusted gross income, H.866 and the Local Education Affordability Formula, H869.
