Appears to be a new theory on the drowning deaths of young college males who have just left a party or a bar?  They are now suspecting serial killer (s) across the country.  Should they find the young Middlebury student also with a similar situation like the young man they recently found in New York State, there might be a connection.  You can read the Fox News Report on this if you wish:
