Irish Celebration This Coming Weekend

Snapped a photo of Imogene Collins as she was coming out of St. Luke's Church this morning.  Asked her if she was going to have a big celebration for her September 27, 2008 99th Birthday and said she had heard they were.  Daughter Mary Wright told me that they were going to be celebrating both next Saturday and Sunday and on Monday they were going to start planning for next year's 100th.

Now, I think most people know Imogene here in town, so if you wanted to send her a congratulatory note, if you just sent it to Buck Hollow Road - Fairfax, Vt 05454, I am sure our local post office in Fairfax would see that it was delivered.

What a milestone - and looking towards 100.
