Route 104 Between Cambridge & Fairfax Shut Down

Due to multiple accidents, Route 104 between Cambridge & Fairfax has been shut down - One vehicle is reported overturned in the road blocking traffic and also there is another accident also reported.

Traffic is now moving on Route 104 between Cambridge & Fairfax

Road conditions last evening were treacherous.  We responded to multiple motor vehicle accidents in the vicinity of Anderson, Allen Irish, and VT 104.  Multiple vehicles off the road with a pickup truck that had rolled over in the middle of 104 and a tractor trailer unity that stuck as mini van between Allen Irish Road and Anderson Rd.  Conditions were such that we had a difficult time maintaining the fire engine in its appropriate lane with the assistance of a low gear and on-spot chains.  Thanks to all my members that endured the freezing temperatures for nearly 3 hours while we coordinated with VSP to clean the area up and reopen 104 to through traffic.
