Thought Of Unsubscribing To This Spam, But??

I got this spam thing in my Yahoo Mail this morning about watching TV on my computer and at the bottom of the add it had the following:

It is kind of small, but gives you the ability to unsubscribe to their ads.  I have been told that these unsubscribe things only verify that they have a valid address and will just increase the spam you will get.  Of course the Bucharest, Romania address at the bottom, made me just a little more suspicious, so directed it to my spam box and will let it go at that, hoping Yahoo will do the same to all future spam ads from them.
