Since LAST Sunday, the volcano has erupted around 10 times, I think.

Saturday it popped 3 times and the winds were just right so we got a trace of ash here in Anchorage.
You can see the contrast, barely.

This time of year is yucky as it is. The snow melting and the sand they put down during the winter makes it muddy and gross anyway!

Sometime Friday, I guess, they lowered the warning from Red to Yellow for Redoubt.

The volcano said, wait just a minute, please.
It blew this morning around 6am, 60,000 ft.
This is like the 2nd time it has done this and about the 30th eruption in 3 weeks.

They say this could go one all year long.

We still have dodge the major ash fall here in Anchorage.

It is just dusty as heck. We are having some awesome sunsets though.

I don't know if anyone has gone to the previous link I posted, but here is the AVO site with pictures

My pictures sort of pale in comparison, but that shows you how lucky Anchorage has been so far.
